Community Needs Assessment Program
To identify the unmet social, emotional, and material needs of individuals with disabilities, their families, siblings, caregivers, and other vulnerable populations. The findings will guide The Sibling Foundation’s programs, advocacy efforts, and policy recommendations.

Essential Resources Assistance Program
To improve safety, independence, health, and quality of life by providing essential equipment, adaptive products, and basic necessities that individuals and families cannot otherwise afford or obtain.

- Reduce financial hardship by providing critical resources at no cost or reduced cost.
- Improve health, safety, independence, and daily living for program participants.
- Address unmet material needs identified through community assessments and referrals.
- Connect individuals and families with additional community resources and support services.
- Promote equitable access to essential products regardless of income, disability, or geographic location.
- Develop partnerships with manufacturers, retailers, healthcare providers, and community organizations to expand resource availability.
- Reduce preventable injuries, health complications, and caregiver burden by providing appropriate safety and accessibility equipment.
